She is the leader of the Starlights, personal guards of Princess Kakyuu, eternally dedicated to protecting her.While Seiya is ultimately a character, he possesses many of Fighter's own traits. Fighter, however, is much less approachable than Seiya is.Kou is Seiya's given name, just like his bandmates. It is written as (光), meaning "light." Thus, all band members are "Three Lights.
Seiya is written as (星野) meaning "field of stars."Each band member carries a rose, referencing the three heavenly bodies of San Hikari: Sun, Moon, and Stars. Seiya represents the Sun.

Using their voices as the J-pop boy band Three Lights, they will call out to their princess; no time to grieve.But lately, Fighter finds herself enjoying Seiya's life, and his way of being. Has she, as a soldier, been charmed by power.. or has she simply fallen in love, while carrying the heart of a boy?As Seiya, he possesses a number of strengths abnormal to earthlings. Superhuman physical characteristics, martial arts, enhanced senses, precognition, and melodic telepathy used to show others his memories.With the Change Star containing her star seed, Seiya becomes Sailor Star Fighter and wields many different abilities.
Teleportation, galactic travel, energy manipulation, laser attacks, forcefield creation, flight, and type 1 immortality provided her star seed remains undamaged.Her attacks include: Star Serious Laser, channeling pure cosmic energy into a blinding laser beam of light capable of damaging enemies, shattering illusions. Others include various close-combat attacks, and a combination with her teammates known as Starlights Fusion.
